EVO SWING SYSTEM

The secret to developing baseball power is increasing bat swing velocity. The EVO Swing System systematically improves your bat speed through our revolutionary underload/overload methodology. This trains the specific muscles you use while swinging to fire off faster. The development of your fast twitch muscles creates velocity. Increasing your swing speed directly affects the distance you hit the baseball.

SPECIFIC BALLISTIC TRAINING

Lets talk movements. It doesn’t matter if you can squat an entire house, if you aren’t explosive rotationally, then your strength will not translate into baseball power.  Far too many athletes put work into the weight room that doesn't show up on the field.  The ballistic exercises involved in EVP are designed to add an insane amount of power into your rotational movements.

GENERAL STRENGTH TRAINING

It is no secret that strength and power can be developed by implementing various forms of resistance training. “General” resistance training increases overall strength by using traditional exercises such as squats, deadlift, bench press, and rows. Nothing about the EVP Hitting Program is “Traditional”. Our strength training program was created to put your general strength in hyperdrive and give you a solid foundation of strength.

MOBILITY TRAINING

We frequently discuss the importance of strength and throwing, but one of the final pieces to the puzzle is mobility. Whether it is shoulder mobility, trunk mobility, or hip mobility, a ton of athletes have no idea why they can't break the barrier from 76 to 80mph or 82mph to 90mph! Mobility of the joints is one of the largest factors in throwing velocity and healthy throwing! If the hips are tight we can't explode the way we need to! EVP now includes access to our full COMS (Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist). We will be constantly updating the program with new exercises and helping each athlete individually change their weak areas into loose, powerful muscles!

NUTRITION PROGRAM

Nutrition is the MOST overlooked factor for performance for all of high school athletes! EVP includes a comprehensive nutrition guide for all athletes including a 7 day food itinerary and a recipe book with over 25 recipes that will help you improve your muscle!
